WILLIAMS LUMBER SUPPLY, INC

Williams Lumber Supply was founded in 1905 by Douglass Williams, Sr., the company is a third-generation family-owned business located just north of Brookneal, VA on Route 501. Business had dropped off during  the depression however by the 1950's  business in Brookneal had picked up and rough lumber was dried, processed into finished products and shipped to customers in Virginia and adjoining states as well as sold to local builders and homeowners. 

Today, the drying and manufacturing of southern yellow pine and hardwood lumber continues to be a vital contributor of business for Williams Lumber Supply with the majority sold to the pressure treating industry and furniture manufactures. Joe credits the success and longevity of the company to its many exceptional employees and its loyal customer base.  Williams Lumber Supply is proud to be serving Brookneal and the surrounding counties to build and improve homes, businesses and farms.
